Will your eSIM work in my phone?
Our eSIM works on any unlocked phone that supports eSIM.

Will you post any simcard if my phone does not support eSIM?
Sorry that we will not post any physical simcard for the eSIM product.
When will I receive eSIM QR code email?
The QR code will be emailed to you within few minutes of your order.
What are Daily eSIM and Total eSIM?
- Daily eSIM: You have high speed quota each day, for example high speed 1GB per day. If you use up 1GB for the day, it will be unlimited low speed for the rest of the day until it refresh for the next day. The refresh time is usually midnight local time.
- Total eSIM: You have a fixed amount of high speed data over many day. For example, you have high speed 20GB for a total of 30 Days. There is no daily limit. For the high speed 20GB data, if you use up before 30 Days, you will then have unlimited low speed data until the end of 30 Days period.
What are 5G 4G LTE 2G 20GB or 10GB ?
- 5G, 4G/LTE, 2G: G represents the mobile network technology. 5G is the fastest, followed by 4G/LTE speed and 2G speed.
- 20GB, 10GB: GB represents the amount of gigabyte data in a mobile plan, that is how much internet data quota you have. For example, 20GB means you have 20 gigabytes of internet data quota, while 10GB means you have 10 gigabytes of internet data quota.
How much data do I need?
We suggest checking your current usage as an indicator of how much data do you need, and add some buffers as you may need more data when you are travelling overseas.
We also suggests as a guide 1GB per day will be enough, if you need to browse map, email, messages, social media and a bit of video. If you need to upload or view a lot of videos, then 2GB per day or unlimited data will be required.
For the China related eSIMs, can I access western websites and social media, or do I need to install VPN?
You can access Google, Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp etc without any restrictions in China, and you do not need to install any VPN software for such access. The only exceptions are TikTok and ChatGPT which cannot be accessed by our eSIMs.
What are data-only eSIM?
For data-only eSIM, you have internet data access, but there is no phone number hence no voice call or SMS. We highly recommend using these apps to contact others at destination or even in your home country for free: Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Skype (low cost), Signal, Telegram, Line (popular in Japan and Taiwan) or WeChat (popular in China).
