  • If we are unable to resolve the issue together, we offer a refund. However, to be eligible, you must contact us while experiencing the connection issue during your trip. We cannot provide a refund if you only reach out at the end of your trip or after returning home.
  • Most common issues are related to "Data Roaming" not being turned on or APN settings not being auto-configured correctly by the phone. We can quickly and easily help you resolve these problems together.
