USA eSIM Guide
Important
- Each eSIM can be installed only once — do not delete it after installation.
- Activate only after arrival in the USA, Canada, or Mexico. Do not activate in Australia or New Zealand.
- Use a strong Wi-Fi connection (e.g., airport Wi-Fi) during activation.
- If activation fails, ensure Wi-Fi is stable, remove physical simcards, disable other eSIMs, then restart. Contact us with your order number if needed.

Device Setup Guides
iPhone 
- Activate only after arrival in the USA, Canada, or Mexico — not in Australia.
- Connect to a strong Wi-Fi network (like Airport Wi-fi).
- When notified that your T-Mobile plan is ready, tap to install.
- If not prompted automatically:
- Go to Settings → Mobile/Cellular → Add Mobile Plan
- Select T-Mobile and continue.
- Or scan the QR code below, or enter manually:
LPA:1$T-MOBILE.GDSB.NET$ - If you’re in Canada or Mexico, turn on Data Roaming.
Troubleshooting
- Restart phone.
- Turn off or remove all other simcards or eSIMs.
Google Pixel 
- Activate only after arrival in the USA, Canada, or Mexico — not in Australia.
- Connect to a strong Wi-Fi network (like Airport Wi-fi).
- Go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs (+) → Download a SIM instead
- Select T-Mobile → Next → Download SIM.
- If not automatic, scan the QR code or enter manually:
- Once installed, go to Settings → T-Mobile → Enable “Use SIM” → Switch to T-Mobile.
- Enable Data Roaming if in Canada or Mexico.

- Activate only after arrival in the USA, Canada, or Mexico — not in Australia.
- Connect to a strong Wi-Fi network (like Airport Wi-fi).
- Go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add eSIM / Mobile Plan → T-Mobile.
- If not automatic, scan the QR code or enter manually:
- Confirm to download and connect.
- Enable Data Roaming (choose “All Networks” if prompted).
