Europe eSIM Guide
Important
- Each eSIM / QR code can be installed only once — do not delete it after installation. Do not scan the QR code repeatedly if issues arise, as this will permanently deactivate the eSIM.
- You can scan and install the eSIM prior to arrival in Europe / UK — we recommend doing so the day before you depart, in case you need to change phones. The eSIM will auto-activate on arrival.
- If activation fails, ensure you have a good Wi-Fi connection, try removing the physical SIM and restart your phone. Also disable other eSIMs. Contact us with your order number if needed.
- Your mobile number will be sent to you by the network via SMS on the activation date.
- A few days after activation, you may receive an SMS from number
614asking you to identify yourself — please ignore this message. It is an EU regulation for eSIMs owned for more than 30 days.
